This blog is about my journey on a “FASHION CLEANSE” and my commitment to only spending a reasonable amount of money on clothing and accessories, for a year.  My idea was  met with a gasp and a laugh, not to mention a roll of the eyes and a very loud NO WAY! No more $1,000 purses, $350 cashmere sweaters, $250 jeans, $650 boots and $110 t-shirts. No more Rag & Bone and Jbrand jeans, Helmut Lang tops, Mui Mui shoes, Isabel Marant boots and sweaters, Celine slip-ons, Iro jackets. No more Givenchy Pandora bags, Chloe wallets, Chanel make up bags or Louis Vuitton iPad cases. I am giving it all up. I am going through “DESIGNER DETOX” and I want you to come along with me.
